Our collection is thoughtfully curated with carefully selected partners to bring you a lovely mix of physical and digital hen party essentials. If you’re ordering physical items, we always recommend shopping a little early so everything has plenty of time to arrive. Need something last-minute? Our digital products are delivered instantly. Do you do discount for medium to large hen parties?
Yes, we do! We know how quickly hen party costs can add up, so we offer group discounts on selected products when you buy 2 or more.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on eligible ready-made, non-personalised physical items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
For eligible UK ready-made physical product returns, we’ll confirm the return process and let you know whether a prepaid return label is available for your item.
For US and other international returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Digital products, personalised items, custom items, and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

When will I receive my order?
Clothing & Personalised Products - Some of our clothing items are made to order and can take up to 4 days to process before dispatch. Please check the product description carefully as each product will indicate how long processing time takes.
All Other Items - Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, with most orders dispatched within 1 business day.

Can you personalise clothing items?
Bespoke and customised items are available on select products. If an item can be personalised, you’ll see the options clearly on the product page. For anything custom, please allow a little extra time so we can make it just right for your hen party and the bride.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Right now, most of our physical products are available for UK and US shipping only, while we work through a few changes behind the scenes.
We do, however, offer a selection of products with worldwide shipping, and this will always be clearly noted on the product listing.
Our digital products are available worldwide and are delivered digitally after purchase, so there is no physical shipping required. ✨
