Physical products are currently shipped to the United Kingdom and United States only, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Some selected physical products may also be available for worldwide shipping. If worldwide shipping is available, this will be clearly mentioned in the product listing description. Shipping costs for eligible worldwide orders will be calculated at checkout.
We have temporarily paused shipping to some locations for most physical products while we continue transitioning and refining our delivery operations. We plan to reopen shipping to additional countries in the foreseeable future.
Digital products are available worldwide and are delivered instantly by email after purchase.
For our UK hens: some physical hen party products are sourced and shipped with the help of carefully selected partners. Because of this, certain packages may be shipped from the UK, US, or East Asia, depending on the item. Tracking may occasionally move through different courier stages before final delivery.
For our US customers: selected physical products are now available for US shipping. Availability will always be shown clearly on the product listing where applicable.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with most orders shipped within 24 hours.
Made-to-order or personalised items may require additional preparation time. Estimated processing times are always shown on the product page where applicable.
Digital products are delivered instantly by email and do not require shipping.

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because we work with different trusted suppliers to bring you a curated selection of hen party essentials.
Each item is shipped as soon as it is ready, which means your order may be delivered in stages. You will receive a tracking number for every package, so you can easily monitor your delivery.
