Shipping policy

Our shipping service covers UK and international including: Europe, Australia and the USA.

We will deliver your items using either Royal Mail or EvRi.

Costs and Dispatch Times

Dispatch time takes 1 working day. During this time we will pack your order and send over your tracking details.

Please note, for next day delivery, items must be purchased before 11am to guarantee next day arrival.

Europe, USA & Australia
Delivery to Europe, USA or Australia costs £10.99, this is a flat rate fee for a tracked service. Please note, due to Brexit there may be duty and VAT fees to pay on top of your shipping fee. For European countries, this is usually around 21% of the total cost of your order. The Hen Planner is not responsible for customer import duties or tax. Estimated Delivery Times Europe - 3 to 5 working days Australia - 7 working days USA & Canada - 6-7 working days	£10.99

*Working days include Monday-Friday. For example, if your order is placed on a Saturday with next day delivery, it is likely that your order will not arrive until Tuesday. If however, you place an order on Monday for next day delivery, your item will reach you the next working day (Tuesday), when ordered before 11.00am.
