Physical products are currently shipped to the United Kingdom and United States only, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Some selected physical products may also be available for worldwide shipping. If worldwide shipping is available, this will be clearly mentioned in the product listing and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

If your order is for a hen weekend, bachelorette, bridal shower, wedding weekend, or special event, we recommend ordering early so your party pieces arrive with breathing room.
UK orders
Most physical products arrive within 4 to 10 business days after dispatch, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
US orders
Most eligible physical products arrive within 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Digital products
Delivered instantly by email after purchase. No shipping is required.
Worldwide eligible
Estimated delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout or in the product listing where applicable.
Tracked, packed and on the way ✨
All physical orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking details by email once your order has shipped.
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because we work with different trusted suppliers to bring you a curated selection of hen and bachelorette party essentials.
Please allow 2 to 5 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Your order may be delivered in stages if items ship from different trusted partners.
Tracking may occasionally move through different courier stages before final delivery.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

US and international returns
For US and other international returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Digital products, personalised items, custom items, and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
