If you’re ordering physical items, we always recommend shopping a little early so everything has plenty of time to arrive. Need something last-minute? Our digital products are delivered instantly. Do you do discount for medium to large hen parties?
Yes! We know how expensive planning a hen party can be, that's why we've introduced discounts across our products when you buy 3 or more.

What is your returns policy?
We have a 30 day return policy from the day your product is ordered.
If you have decided that you no longer want or need your item, you can return it to us free of charge provided the item has not been used and is in its' original condition.
Any packaging of the item must be unopened.
Please email us at hello@thehenplanner.com or contact us on our web form, and we can send over a pre-paid return label. Once we have received your items, we will issue you a full refund.
When will I receive my order?
Clothing & Personalised Products - Some of our clothing items are made to order and can take up to 4 days to process before dispatch. Please check the product description carefully as each product will indicate how long processing time takes.
All Other Items - Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, with most orders dispatched within 1 business day.

Can you personalise clothing items?
Personalisation is currently paused while we focus on providing the smoothest, most reliable experience for your hen party. We may reintroduce it in the future, but for now, you can explore our curated collection of hen party essentials and instant digital planners designed to make planning easy.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Right now, most of our physical products are available for UK shipping only, while we work through a few changes behind the scenes.
We do, however, offer a selection of products with worldwide shipping, and this will always be clearly noted on the product listing.
Our digital products are available worldwide and are delivered digitally after purchase, so there is no physical shipping required. ✨
