What is your returns policy?
We have a 30 day return policy from the day your
product is delivered.
If you have decided that you no longer want or need your item, you can return it to us free of charge providing the item has not been used and is in its' original condition.
Any packagingof the item must be unopened.
Please email us at email@example.com or contact us on our web form, and we can send over a pre-paid return label. Once we have received your items, we will issue you a full refund.
When will I receive my order?
Clothing & Personalised Products - Some of our clothing items are made to order and can take up to 4 days to process before dispatch. Please check the product description carefully as each product will indicate how long processing time takes.
All Other Items - All orders take 1 day to process where we will carefully package your order and deliver with standard class (2-3 days delivery) via Hermes or Royal Mail. You can choose express delivery at checkout.

Can you personalise clothing items?
We don't yet offer personalisation on our embroidered clothing items, however, you can request "Bridey, Bride, Mrs or Wifey" for any of our bride tops.
Do you deliver to Ireland or outside of the UK?
Unfortuntely, we have temporarily paused all shipping outside of the UK including Ireland.
We can get a bespoke quote and organise shipping to you outside of the UK, but we would need you to drop us an email over at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss this further with you as there are import duties to be aware of.
